Welcome to the new paradise, a luxurious villa that will take your breath away with its refined elegance and endless comforts. Nestled in an idyllic natural setting, this villa offers an incredible living experience, combining luxury and natural beauty.
The exclusive space was designed by the renowned Croatian academic painter and interior designer, Mirna Sišul.
This single-story house is an excellent example of smart space utilization.
A spacious kitchen with an island is perfectly connected to the living room and dining area, illuminated by an abundance of natural light.
The workspace located at the center of the house, along with a built-in closet, provides practicality as there's never enough storage space.
A utility room with a laundry section is located right at the entrance to the house, and a small guest toilet adds extra convenience.
Two rooms, which can serve as master or children's rooms, share a common bathroom, while the master bedroom offers privacy with its own bathroom and walk-in closet.
The terrace, with a pergola, fills the living room with warm sunlight, making the space cozy and inviting.
Next to the pool, there is a bioclimatic pergola with an outdoor kitchen and a gas grill.

We cannot recommend this place more - we LOVED every part of our stay. The hosts are exceptional and talented people who made sure we had a warm welcome and an amazing stay! This was easily the best place we stayed at in Istria so far and we definetely plan on returning! The villa is equipped with everything one could wish for. The space is modern, functional and gorgeous because the hostess is a very talented painter and interior designer - every corner breathes life into your lungs! It's a very peaceful place, and the nature around the villa is stunning. We started mornings with delicious coffee, looking at the pool and the blue sky. We were also able to barbecue and just hang out and connect, which made our stay very comfortable. The beds are superb, and we really felt rested every morning, so much so that everyone was up and about very early. The parking situation is great, everything in the house is brand new and automatised. The kitchen has absolutely everything, including ice and cool water, which was great for all of us. We actually got married, so we stayed with our best people, and we are still in awe of how perfectly we were hosted and could not appreciate everything more than we do. I could write a whole lot more, but the point is we cannot put into words what a wonderful time we had and can't wait to return!

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit liebevollen Details gestaltet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Alle notwendigen und ein paar andere Annehmlichkeiten waren in der Küche und im Haus vorhanden. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr nett, sogar mit einem kleinen Willkommensgruß begrüßt. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits vom Dorf und bietet mit nur einem Nachbarhaus angenehme Ruhe. Der Pool ist groß genug für tägliche Schwimmbahnen. Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen und empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter.

If you are looking for serenity in very comfortable living conditions, with very good contact with the owners than you have come to the correct place. We where greated by complimentaries which was a perfect start to our vacation. The hosts are available 24/7 and attend to every need. Every comforts of modern day living is present in the house but if there is anything missing than the host immediately attend to it and find a solution in order to keep the customer satisfied. We would definitely come back
